judāī fu parting, separation; मित्रों की ~ -- of friends; ~ होना to be separated; उनकी एक दुसरे से ~ हो गई they were separated from one another.

jaṛī [also जड़ी बूटी] fc (medicinal) herb; खाँसी के लिए ~ लेना to take -- for cough; घाव पर ~ लगाना to apply -- on a wound. [cf. जड़ root]
