umaṛ·nā vi 1. to over- flow; नदीयाँ उमड़ती है rivers overflow. 2. (also ~ -घुमड़ना) to gather thick; बादल उमड़ आये clouds gathered thick. 3. to be touched/moved; उसका जी उमड़ आया his heart was moved.
