bam mc bomb, shell [ऐटमी/ परमाणु atom, गैस gas, दाहक incendiary, भारी heavy, हलका light]; दस्ती ~ hand grenade; ~ का धड़का -- explosion; ~ गोला -- shell; ~ गिरता (फटता, मारता) है -- falls (bursts/explodes, hits); ~ गिराना to drop --s, to bombard; ~ बरसाना to bomb heavily.

bidak·nā vi to be startled: घोड़ा बिदक गया the horse was startled; मैं ऐसा कहता हूँ तो वह बिदकता है when I say this he is startled. [syn. भड़कना]

belan mc (a) roller, cylinder: लकड़ी या लोहे का ~ -- of

boṭī fc chop, small piece of flesh or meat: ~ उतारना to bite off a --; बोटी ~ फड़कना to be restive/thrilled; ~ बोटी करना/तोड़ना to cut into small pieces; to beat severely; बोटियाँ उड़ाना to cut into pieces.

byāh mc marriage, wedding: उसने अपनी लड़की का ~ गोपाल से कर दिया he married his daughter to Gopal; किसी से ~ करना to marry smb; किसी को ~ देना to give smb in marriage; ~ रचाना to initiate -- ceremonies. [syn. शादी, विवाह]
