gaṭh·nā vi (a) to be mended; जूता गठा गया the shoe was mended. (b) to join together; गठा हुआ शरीर well-jointed/muscular body.

gānā-bajānā vi singing and playing musical instruments; (fig.) festivity; दुल्हिन के घर गाते-बजाते पहुँचे they reached the bride's residence in festivity.
