uchit a 1. proper [अधिकारी authority, उपयोग use, कार्रवाई action, दंड punishment, व्यवहार behaviour, स्थान place]; ~ रुप से properly; ~ समय पर at the -- time. 2. fair [आलोचना criticism, निर्णय decision, मज़दूरी wages, मूल्य price]; यह ~ है it is proper/fair; ~ ठहराना to justify: किसी के आचरण को ~ ठहराना to justify smb's conduct.
