Gusal·ḵẖānā mc bath, bath-room; सोने के कमरे के साथ का ~ -- attached to the bed room; वह ग़ुसलख़ाने में नहाने गया है he has gone to take his bath in the bath-room. [syn. स्नानागार is less common]

zid, ज़िद्द zidd fu (a) obstinacy, obduracy: बच्चे की ~ -- of the child. (b) insistence: नहाने के लिए ~ -- upon taking a bath. ~ करना to insist, to adopt a obstinate/obdurate attitude. ~ पकड़ना to become obstinate, to insist; ~ पर आना to adopt a stubborn attitude; ~ पर अड़ा रहना to adhere to one's obstinate/obdurate attitude. nahānā vi to bathe, to take bath: तालाब में ~ -- in a tank; साबुन से ~ -- with soap; नहाने के लिये for bathing.
