kūd·nā vi to jump; कूदकर नीचे/बाहर जाना to jump down/out पानी में कूद पड़ना -- into the water; जोश से ~ -- with zeal; वह लड़की कुएँ में कूद पड़ी the girl --ed into the well; खिड़की से बाहर कूद पड़ा jumped out of the window.
