(e) वह बनता है he assumes airs; अंत बन गया the end was accomplished; सौदा बन गया the bargain was settled; हजामत बन गई shaving was done; (fig.) was looted; बने रहो may you live ! तुम इसी तरह बने रहना you should persist like this; बनना ठनना/सँवरना to prank, to adorn oneself; वह बनठन कर जा रही है she is strutting.
