ghol·nā vt to dissolve, to mix: दूध में चीनी घोल देना -- sugar in milk; पानी मे नमक घोला गया salt was dissolved in water [vi घुलना]

mil·nā-jul·nā vi (a) [also घुलना-मिलना] to mix, to associate: वह दूसरे लड़कों से मिलता- जुलता नहीं he does not mix/associate with other boys. (b) to resemble; वह माँ से मिलती-जुलती है she resembles her mother. (c) to agree, to accord: तुम्हारी कहानी मेरी कहानी से मिलती-जुलती है your story accords with mine; मिल- जुलकर काम करो work jointly/ together.
